Martin is one of the most experienced certified auditors in Slovenia. He has over 15 years of experience in providing audit services to the largest Slovenian clients in various industries. His main areas of expertise include international auditing, IFRS, SAS, due diligence consulting and agreed-upon procedures, which he has carried out in his rich career as a key audit partner at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In addition to working in the largest consulting companies, he also gained experience in a successful manufacturing and trading company.

Martin graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and also received the Trimo Research Award for his dissertation. During gaining practical auditing experience, he also completed additional training and obtained an international ACCA license. He is a member of the ACCA Association of Chartered Auditors in London. In addition, he is a certified auditor at the Slovenian Institute of Auditors with a valid license to perform tasks. Martin also holds a certificate of competency for members of the supervisory boards or boards of directors of companies.

He also upgraded his theoretical knowledge at eminent institutions such as Oxford Brookes University and Harvard Business School.

As an auditor, he has audited a number of public interest entities. He provided services to privately owned companies and majority state-owned companies. He audited many key Slovenian companies.
